24 Hour Floors
STEP 1
Prepare The Concrete
We use a diamond-blade grinder to remove the old surface. Dust is managed by vacuuming excess debris and dirt.
STEP 2
Repair Cracks and Joints
Before the concrete coating begins, we use menders, grinders, and filler to fix cracks and pits.
STEP 3
Apply The Base Coat
The base coat is made of 100% solid self-priming polyurea and is applied to the entire floor.
STEP 4
Spread Colored Flakes
Vinyl flakes are thrown thought the surface to transform the color of your new floors. Choose from over 200 colors 12 categories.
STEP 5
Final Preparation
Once the base coat has dried, the polyurea adheres so well that the excess can be scraped from the floor before the final coating is applied.
STEP 6
Apply High Gloss Top Coat
The final step is rolling the protective and UV stable polyaspartic high-gloss top coat.
